We ship our high-quality men's fashion directly from Vienna, Austria, to all countries of the European Union (EU) including Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the order value and the destination country:

Free Shipping: For purchases of €500 or more, we ship your order free of charge within the entire EU including Switzerland.
For orders under €500:
- Austria & Germany: €10 shipping costs
- All other EU countries including Switzerland: €15 shipping costs

Shipping Carrier

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with established shipping partners:

Austria & Germany: Shipping with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post)
Other EU countries including Switzerland: Shipping with UPS

Delivery Time

The delivery time is usually:

Austria: 1–3 business days
Germany: 2–4 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that in individual cases – for example, due to high demand or during holidays – slight delays may occur.

In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

You also have the option to conveniently pick up your order at our store in Vienna. Simply select the "In-Store-Pickup" option at checkout.

No shipping costs for in-store pickup
Your order is usually ready for pickup within 24 hours
You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link, so you can easily track the status of your delivery online at any time.
